Growbright’s return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. 

The item must be in an unused condition with the original packaging and proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping and ensure the package is returned securely to Growbright. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the courier services.
